General Rules

• The maximum delay entry to the course it is about 15 minutes.
• After receiving entry card in the first session, carrying the card is required during the course.
• Use of mobile phone and smoking is prohibited in the training area.
• If you change your mobile phone number and other information, please inform your new information with071- 32333029 number.
• If the applicant fails to obtain the necessary score, the company is refusing to give certificate and applicant should be re –test to obtain the necessary

6- Awarded a certification at the end of course is subject to the full settlement and obtain the necessary score.

• Not participating in the final exam will be considered as a zero score and the applicant will not be re-testing.
• Getting Certificate is possible until two months after the end of the course. All relevant documents will be destroyed after this period.
• Repayment check would be delivered to the applicant at the accounting of educational affair.
• Identification card (ID card, driver’s license, passport, national ID card) and copy of that is essential to receive check.
• Notification of training courses will be done only via SMS.
• Enrollment, participate in courses and getting certification does not make any commitment to employment for applicant.

• Applicant should be aware of all prerequisite courses.
• To complete the registration process providing copies of national ID card is mandatory.

Short run Courses rules:

• In case of cancellation of the applicant to participate in short run workshops, If the applicant want to cancel,

 one month before holding course    ( initial registration cost ) or 50% of total cost - two weeks before the holding course   30 % of total cost-% less than two weeks  no cost to them will be returned. Also the excess cost of course will be returned to them by the company.

Long run and semi-presence courses rules:

• In case of cancellation of the applicant to participate in long run workshops, If the applicant  want to cancel,

 one month before holding course    ( initial registration cost ) or 50% of total cost - two weeks before the holding course   30 % of total cost-% less than two weeks  no cost to them will be returned. Also the excess cost of course will be returned to them by the company.

• Timely payment of courses installments is mandatory. In case of non- payment or not pay on time you should pay fine aaccording to the central bank law.
• Applicants for long run courses should be deliver final project or novitiate  report to their teacher

The rules of non- presence:

• Not return any cost after registration.
• The applicant must send the final project.
• The applicant should have obtain at least a passing grade on virtual test .
